I came to St. Colmans because my brother is here,
but it wasn't until I arrived that I saw for myself. The
students are all so kind and at the Open Day I met
lots of teachers who were really friendly. I love doing
practical subjects and there is so much equipment
to use in my favourite subjects; Technology, Science
and PE. I love the after school clubs and I stay
behind for chess and basketball every week.
St. Colman’s is such a great school. I came here
because I had heard such great things about it and
they are all true. Pupils and staff are so nice and
helpful and really go out of their way to be kind.
Learning is such fun and I love doing Football clubs
and Science is my favourite subject.

I was the only pupil joining St Colman’s from my
primary school in Anahilt, but I wasn’t too nervous.
I was ready for the change. It helped that I already
had a few cousins here, so I knew a bit about what to
expect. I’ve quickly made new friends and settled in
really well. I really enjoy PE, especially football
training with my classmates and even friends from
other classes. Art is pretty good too—I like getting
creative and trying new things. Overall, it’s been a
great start, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.
Picking St. Colman’s was the best choice I’ve made!
It is such a fantastic place as it really feels like a
community and encourages support between
the teachers and students. The dedicated staff
genuinely care about our education and personal
growth, making our learning experience
enjoyable. The range of afterschool activities
meant it has supported my interests and even
given me new ones and already I’ve made so
many unforgettable memories.

I was ready for St Colman’s, and attending the
summer scheme made me feel even more
confident. That’s when I figured out how the
building worked and met my new best friend for
the first time. I’ve settled in really well and I’m very
happy here. What I like most are the iPads - they
make it so much easier to do my work and access
resources from teachers, which really helps me
learn. I also think the uniform is great, and I’m really
impressed with our updated PE kit—it’s super
comfortable!
